Once you submit your claim, we will acknowledge receipt and assign a claims adjuster to review it. It is important that you do not start any repairs or dispose of any damaged items, as they must be inspected. At Star Vanlines we carry out a series of processes so that your claim is classified as it should and is resolved as soon as possible.

We analyze your claim to make sure that we have all the necessary information and if not, we will require you to submit any additional paperwork.

We will thoroughly review your submission and inform you of the outcome through email or by any means of communication that is convenient for you.

COMPENSATION

If your application is approved, we will go forward with the required remuneration. The number of payments could vary based on the type of payment, the bank it is being sent to, and any holidays that may be applicable.
